We track as many or a little metrics as you desire, one thing for sure is, we keep you accountable to your goals. Your coach will work in collaboration with you inside and outside of the gym with your schedule.

Whether you choose to count calories or not is your choice. Either way we make you aware of your nutritional needs and provide strategies to hit them. Nutrition is the single biggest aspect we cover.
