Mark had hit a wall with his weight and needed to make some changes. Years of fluctuating body weight, a busy social life, and a love of food had left him at a loose end.
Eating out almost every meal meant that we had to be clever with his nutrition. We started with small, manageable steps one week at a time until we found a happy medium.
We managed to get to the point where Mark was still enjoying his food yet keeping calories in check to drop fat.
Mark has kept the weight off to this day which is a testament to his drive to maintain his results.
