Mark had hit a wall with his weight and needed to make some changes. Years of fluctuating body weight, a busy social life, and a love of food had left him at a loose end.
Eating out almost every meal meant that we had to be clever with his nutrition. We started with small, manageable steps one week at a time until we found a happy medium.
We managed to get to the point where Mark was still enjoying his food yet keeping calories in check to drop fat and maintain his weight.
