Training with Matt at Thrive has been nothing short of life-changing.
I've always been interested in health and fitness. I've been an active (or, at least, semi-active) gym goer for almost 20 years; frequently had a personal trainer; regularly check out the latest advice on nutrition, etc.; and even qualified as a Level 1 CrossFit trainer at one point. I had a good amount of knowledge but always failed in the execution. No matter how much I tried I could never really achieve much beyond an "OK" level of fitness.
Matt has not only taught me a lot but has also helped me put all the theory into practice. He's changed the way I approach nutrition and given me great practical advice that aligns with my lifestyle, meaning I can actually follow it! Training with him has also meant I'm now in the best shape of my life - and still improving!
