Is it safe to exercise?
In a normal pregnancy, it is safe to continue or start most types of exercise, it’s even recommended in some cases. Keeping active during pregnancy is safe as long as there are no underlying issues raised by your healthcare provider.
Physical activity does not increase the risk of miscarriage, low birth weight, or premature delivery.

Absolutely not! Many of the expectant and new mums we train were completely new to the gym, not having lifted weights before. You can be assured that you (and your baby) are in the safest pair of hands possible.

Our coach is skilled in strengthening abdominal wall separation. However, it is always advisable to get clearance from your doctor or women’s pelvic physiotherapist before you work with our coach.
