My journey with Thrive Fitness started at 2 months postpartum with my second baby and I have been training with John twice a week since.

John is incredibly meticulous about technique/form and the programmes he curates feel both challenging and safe. His expertise is unparalleled. Not only have I lost the pregnancy weight but I am also the strongest I have ever been.

With John I have built the strength and stamina to support an active lifestyle of boxing, playing padel tennis and endlessly chasing and carrying my 2 bubs around. I am grateful for John’s motivation and encouragement over the past year as it was a daunting undertaking.
